2013 Angullong Cabernet Merlot

Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot go together like Lennon and McCartney. The two varieties complement each other well, resulting in a wine that is greater than the sum of its part. The Angullong Cabernet Merlot is generous with dark berry and mulberry flavours. The oak maturation adds complexity and structure and the dusty tannins make it a great accompaniment to roast meats or mature cheeses. This is a wine to enjoy now or cellar up to around 2021.
