2016 Angullong Shiraz

Cooler climate Shiraz tends to display more spice and pepper compared to that of the warmer regions. Our 2016 Angullong Shiraz is exactly that. It is a flavoursome wine with ripe dark forest berry flavours with a spicy complexity and lingering smooth tannins. The is a wine to enjoy now, or let mature in the bottle over the next five or so years.

“94 Points. If you like slighlty spicy shiraz line for this. A lively red offering pepper, blackberry and plums, ideal with rack of lamb.” Queensland Times, Peter Chapman, 2017
