Angullong Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut

Angullong Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Our Angullong Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut is a traditional sparkling wine. The primarily Chardonnay blend results in a sparkling wine that is crisp with fresh Granny Smith apple flavours complemented by the Pinot Noir component. The Pinot contributes attractive and subtle strawberry flavours whilst the secondary fermentation, which creates the fizz, builds the yeasty, creamy complexity that sparkling wines are renowned for. It is labelled ‘Brut’ in the French tradition as this indicates that this is dry wine. Enjoy well chilled.
