Stefan Birmili , owner of the oldest running German Butchery ‘Rudis’ in Kirrawee Sydney has brought the taste of Europe to the Central West.

Having made the town of Orange on the central tablelands his family Home, Cured has found a fantastic base to complement this outstanding food and wine region.

  • Cancellations made with a week or more notice will be fully refunded where tickets are on-sold, otherwise the refund will be 50%.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non refundable.
