The Butcher & The Winemaker

Our annual F.O.O.D Week 'The Butcher & The Winemaker' welcomes back artisan small goods maker Stefan Birmilli for a mouth watering sausage making masterclass followed by a delicious lunch hosted by Angullong's Ben Crossing. Set within the courtyard of our historic bluestone cellar door this is a small, hands-on event.
